A fully detailed report covering the entire property, it's contents, condition and clean level.
All reports have a 360 virtual room view with around 200 pictures per report.
Tenant's are normally sent reports as they move in, and can agree and sign reports online, as well as being able to add their own comments & pictures.
A comparison to the check-in report when the tenant leaves the property, the reports lists all tenant liabilities and has a free landlord maintenance report.
Tenant liability is confirmed using 'BEFORE' and 'AFTER' pictures side by side.
An essential part of marketing any property to sell or let to show it in it's very best light.

Hi John happy to send this email to say your traffic light system in reports is so easy to use and totally cleaner for tenant's and landlord's to see something at check-in is cleaned to a good level has a green light then at checkout it is not cleaned to the same level an orange or red light , the tenant has no defense, it's made making deductions so much easier and much quicker compared the clerks we used before were able to produce.
